Account details you give us: studio name, your name, mobile number, email, city and billing details.
Content you upload: photos, videos, event details, client names and invoice information.
Guest details: when a guest uses the live scanner we process their selfie and their name or mobile number if they choose to share it.
Usage data: device, browser, pages visited and error logs that help us keep the service fast and secure.
02How We Use It
To run 24Studio for you: storing and sorting photos, delivering galleries, sending invitations and processing payments.
To send service messages such as receipts, invoices and security alerts. Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We never sell your data or your clients' data.
03Face Matching And Selfies
A guest's selfie is used only to find photos of that guest within the event they scanned. It is not used for any other purpose or shared with anyone.
Selfies and face data are deleted when the event gallery closes. We delete them sooner if the studio or the guest asks us to.
Studios can turn face matching off for any event.
04Your Photos Belong To You
Studios keep full ownership of everything they upload. You can download your photos and delete your account at any time.
Galleries are private by default and are protected by a private link, PIN or password that you control.
05Payments
Payments are handled by licensed payment partners. 24Studio does not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
We keep invoice and transaction records as required under Indian tax law.
08Your Rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
