Terms Of Service

By creating an account or using 24Studio you agree to these terms. If you use 24Studio on behalf of a studio, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that studio.

Keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You are responsible for activity on your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

You own the photos, videos and details you upload. You give 24Studio permission to store, process and display them only to provide the service to you and the people you share with.

You confirm you have the right to upload and share this content, including consent from clients where needed.

Do not upload unlawful content or try to break or overload the service. Face matching must only be used to find event photos.

Paid plans are billed yearly in Indian rupees. Prices exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.

Free trials last 14 days. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Digital invitations cost a one-time fee when published.

When you collect payments through 24Studio, money is settled to your bank account by our payment partners. You are responsible for the invoices you issue and the taxes that apply to them.

You can cancel at any time. Download your photos before your plan ends. After cancellation, content is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

We work hard to keep 24Studio available and your content safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the current yearly plan.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
